Our Guarantee
Every product you purchase from Out Of Africa Trading is backed by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason just call our customer care line at (604) 821-0806 or send us an email to outofafrica-win@shaw.ca.

We will either credit your account or replace the item - which ever you prefer.

While we try very hard to make sure every item is included in every order, mistakes do happen, and if we happen to miss something, call our customer service line or send us an email and we will send it out as soon as possible or credit your account - which ever you prefer.

Substitutions
We make every effort to have all of our products on hand at all times but unfortunately mistakes will happen.

We will automatically substitute the same product in a larger size for the same price if it is available.

If the product is not available and there is no substitute or if the product is out of season you will be notified on your delivery slip and you will not be charged for the product on your credit card.

Returns

Out Of Africa Trading will accept returns for any grocery product that is damaged or unusable. Before accepting any returns, all claims must be reported to our customer care department within 24 hours of delivery.

For non-grocery products (such as household, health and beauty products) please keep all original packing materials and documentation in the event that your product has to be returned.

Privacy And Security

At Out Of Africa Trading the privacy and security of our customers is a high priority. We do not sell, loan or rent any personal information such as name, phone number, e-mail address or address to any third party.

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site:

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.

Our site uses cookies—small text files automatically created by your browser in the system folder of your hard drive—to keep track of your shopping cart and to recognize returning customers, so that they do not have to re-enter their billing address.

Our site uses a Secure (SSL Encrypted) shopping cart and order form for customers to purchase products. We collect purchaser's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled provided we have not yet processed your order. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receiving them. To cancel your order please call our customer care line at (604) 821-0806. If our customer service representative is away from the phone please leave a message stating the date and time of your online order including your name and contact details or send an email to outofafrica-win@shaw.ca.
