| How do I place an order? |
Getting started
Shopping online with Out Of Africa Trading is easy! The fastest way to find the
products
you are looking for is to either 'Search'
or
'Browse Our Aisles'.
To search for an item:
Enter a keyword, product or brand name of the item you want to find in
the
'Product
Search'
box
(e.g. Rusks, Biltong, Appeltiser, etc.) and a list of those
items
that we currently sell will be displayed.
To browse:
Click on the name of the aisle you want to shop in (e.g. Drinks, Groceries,
etc.) from the list on the left hand side of the page. Next, a list of further
sub-aisles (if applicable) will be displayed. Click on one of these sub-aisles,
and
all
of the
items
that we currently sell will be displayed.
Adding items to your basket
Once you have chosen which item you'd like to buy, enter an amount in the 'Qty'
box specifying the number of units of the product you would like to
purchase
and
then
simply
click
on
the
'add'
button.
What's in my basket?
By clicking on the 'View Shopping Cart' link at the top right-hand part of the
screen
or on the bottom of the screen,
you will be directed to your shopping cart to see what items you have selected,
together
with
quantities
and
price.
You
can
review
the detail on any product at any time by clicking on it. You can also change
quantities or delete items using the boxes on the screen. After you have made
a change, you must click on the 'Edit' button in the 'Qty' field to update your
shopping cart.
How do I pay for the items?
Click on the 'Process Order' button on the shopping cart page
at
any
time
to
go
to
the
checkout.
Completing your order
Once at the checkout please enter your credit card details. You will be shown
a summary of your delivery address and the total of the goods purchased. You
can change your delivery address at this point if you wish. When you are happy
with all the details click on the 'purchase' button to submit your order.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.
Are there alternative methods of ordering?
By Mail, Fax or Phone: During the checkout process please select
your
preferred
method of payment by 'Mail Fax Phone'. You will then be given instructions on
how to proceed to complete your order.
By Callback: During the checkout process please select
your preferred method of payment by 'Callback'. You will then be instructed
to provide
us
with
your
name
and phone number so that one of our sales representatives will be happy to contact
you to review your order and arrange for payment.

How can I pay?
We currently only accept VISA. We also accept
certified checks and postal orders. We do not charge your credit card until
the day that your
order is
shipped. If mailing us a check or postal order, please note that we will
only send out your order once payment has been received.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
You can be totally confident when you are shopping with Out Of Africa
Trading that it is safe to use your credit card. Our site uses a Secure (SSL
Encrypted)
shopping cart and order form for customers to purchase products, which encrypts
your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private
and protected
as they travel
over the
Internet.

| Shipping |
Out Of Africa Trading uses Canada Post to ship your online orders.
During the checkout process you decide which shipping option
is the most convenient and best for you (e.g. Ground, Next Day, etc.).
Can I track my order?
We will send you an e-mail with your Canada Post tracking number
once your order is shipped. You can then visit Canada Post online
to track your order.

| Pickup |
If it is more convenient for you to pick up your order from us, we can
arrange for your order to be picked up at Safari Pies - Beresford
Burnaby,
102 - 5777 Beresford Street, Burnaby BC. Please call us at (604) 431-7405
to arrange for pickup.

| Order Cancellation |
Orders can only be canceled provided we have not yet processed your
order. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receiving them.
To cancel
your order please call our customer care line at (604) 821-0806. If our customer
service
representative
is
away from the phone please leave a message stating the date and time of
your online order including your name and contact details or send
an
email to outofafrica-win@shaw.ca.

| Returns |
| Out Of Africa Trading will accept returns for any grocery
product that is damaged or unusable. Before accepting any returns, all claims
must be reported to our customer care department within 24 hours of
delivery.
For non-grocery products (such as household, health and beauty products)
please keep all original packing materials and documentation in the event
that your product has to be returned.
Please report all return claims by contacting our customer
care line at (604) 821-0806 or send an email to outofafrica-win@shaw.ca within
24 hours of delivery.
