Shipments and returns

Shipping

Due to our vast range of products , shipping charges are dependant on  products, weight, and destination. If you do require a shipping charge prior to delivery, please mention this when placing order.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Out Of Africa Trading uses Canada Post and Greyhound  to ship your online orders. 

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Can I track my order?

We will send you an e-mail with your Canada Post tracking number once your order is shipped. You can then visit Canada Post online to track your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled provided we have not yet processed your order. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receiving them. To cancel your order please call our customer care line at (604) 821-0806. If our customer service representative is away from the phone please leave a message stating the date and time of your online order including your name and contact details or send an email to winston@outofafricatrading.com

Returns

Out Of Africa Trading will accept returns for any grocery product that is damaged or unusable. Before accepting any returns, all claims must be reported to our customer care department within 24 hours of delivery.

For non-grocery products (such as household, health and beauty products) please keep all original packing materials and documentation in the event that your product has to be returned.
